When contacting us please bear in mind that all of the BIN helpers are voluntary and do this work in their spare time. It is not always possible to reply to you straight away and it may be a few days. Please be patient and we will get back to you.
Although you may feel your case is urgent, there are also several other cases just as urgent, we do try to do our best with the few resources we have.
